In this role, you will lead a cross-product coordination team, define and implement testing strategies, and ensure end-to-end quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering managers, solution architects, and multiple delivery teams to align testing efforts with business and technical goals.  \n\nAt H&M, one of our core principles is “We are One Team” In this role, you will collaborate closely with global colleagues, including partners in Sweden, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of high-quality solutions.  \n\nIn addition to this you will...  \n\nLead and motivate Cross Product Co-ordination team, set priorities, and make technical strategic decisions.  \n\nSupport with resource planning for the initiatives.   \n\nCollaborate along with engineering manager in achieving the cross-product co-ordinator’s team goals.  \n\nCollaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure test strategies align with architectural goals.  \n\nImplement KPI’s to understand and improve the effectiveness of testing.  \n\nDefine, implement, and improve the way of working for test coordination.  \n\nWork with stakeholders to define and resolve the test environment, data needs, and dependencies.  \n\nIdentify risk, develop mitigation and escalate when required  \n\nSupport the team identify test scope, objectives and key business processes to be validated  \n\nSupport with enabling the automation of E2E test flows where applicable.   \n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to the Cross Product Co-ordinator’s team on best practices in test automation and architecture.  \nWHO YOU ARE  \n\nWe are looking for people with  \n\n A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or significant, equivalent work experience.  \n\nExperience working with Agile teams and associated tools (Scrum, Jira, Confluence, QMetry).  \n\nSolid experience testing across APIs, microservices, web, mobile, and backend systems; familiarity with message queues, data flows, and integration patterns.  \n\nStrong understanding of E2E test strategies, planning, execution, and reporting across complex, integrated systems.  \n\nExperience coordinating test environments, managing test data strategies, and resolving environment dependencies in multi-team setups.  \n\nAbility to define and track test metrics and quality KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.  \n\nKnowledge of test automation and familiarity with the retail domain is nice to have.  \n\nAnd People who are….  \n\nAnalytical and strong problem-solvers, capable of diagnosing issues and proposing effective solutions.   \n\nProfessionals who are excellent communicators, able to clearly present testing strategies, risks, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.   \n\nProactive and analytical thinker, identifying issues early, assessing impact, and escalating effectively when needed.   \n\nTeam players who can influence without direct authority, build consensus, and drive alignment across diverse teams.   \n\nWHO WE ARE    \n\nH&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
