If this sounds exciting, we want to hear from you! \nWHO YOU ARE  \nSomone who is used to work in very collaborative fashion \nHands on experience of end-to-end development in a microservice and cloud environment - from idea, design, build, test, deploy, monitor and running microservices at global scale in production \n3 to 5 years' experience in developing and testing applications/components \nExperience with Kubernetes and container technologies, such as Docker \nAdvanced level of Java 21+ and prior working experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework \nPractical experience developing though specification-driven development with LLMs \nExperience developing with AI agents, including effective context management, tool integration, and agent orchestration \nCreating, running and maintaining testing setups including component, integration and performance tests \nAutomation through CI/CD pipelines including continuous deployment \nExcellent in English communication \nNice to have: \nHave experience creating and running applications with LLMs and MCPs in production \nAbility to design and structure data models and knowledge repositories that enable reliable AI and agent-based solutions \nHands-on experience integrating AI agent workflows with traditional engineering practices, such as CI/CD, test automation and automation of deployments \nExperience working in, or helping teams transition to, AI-agent-enabled development processes and ways of working. \nExperience with Azure, GCP \nInfrastructure as code, such as Terraform \nDatabase experience, such as NoSQL \nWHO WE ARE \nH&M Group is a global company with strong fashion brands and ventures.
