Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.\nSummary\nThe role connects the full Services Engineering lifecycle, from bid support through reliable field operation.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure bids are technically viable, realistically estimated, and supported by documented assumptions, risks, and mitigation actions.\nWork with Product and Application Engineering on upgrade development, design reviews, testing, deployment readiness, and CCN handling.\nAct as the technical focal point for field deployment, providing complete installation and commissioning work packages, prerequisites, test procedures, backups, and field-team briefings.\nProvide second-line technical support for complex installed-base issues, including evidence-based troubleshooting, specialist coordination, RCA support, and recurrence prevention.\nDrive continuous improvement by converting project experience into improved work instructions, estimates, testing methods, training, and lessons learned.\nProvide offshore or on-site technical assistance when required.\nSupport the department on activities related to mechanical and hydraulic domain applied in HMH equipment portfolio\nContribute to support peers and other department activities as indicated by line manager\nRequired Qualifications\nEngineering degree in Automation and Control, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.\nStrong knowledge of Siemens PLCs, SIMATIC Manager, TIA Portal, industrial networks, instrumentation, CIMPLICITY, motors, and variable-frequency drives.\nStrong technical analysis, documentation, planning, risk-management, and cross-functional coordination skills.\nExperience with Drilling and Pressure Control Equipment\nAdditional Information:\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.\nNo relocation assistance.\nLocation\nHouston, TX -
