Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.\nSummary\nProvide technical support and engineering solutions for internal and external customers, ensuring safe and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement and collaborating across functions to deliver customer satisfaction and operational excellence.\nJob Responsibilities\nDrive continuous improvement of technical processes, tools, and procedures\nProvide technical support for customer issues related to Overhaul & Repair, after-market equipment performance, rig stoppages, and service agreements\nReview inspection report findings to define maintenance, installation and commissioning (I&C), and recertification scopes, plans & requirements\nDevelop, implement, and deploy technical solutions\nLead and support project-related technical efforts, including root-cause analysis and resolution of issues\nPromote knowledge sharing and support to peers\nWork on other department activities as per workload demand\nEnsure adherence to procedures and standards\nDeliverables\nTechnical (dispositioning) reports and repair plans\nTechnical Input to Quotation\nCertificates, statements of facts\nMaintain ticket records in accordance with quality assurance procedures\nAccurately record execution hours in the system \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Production with relevant technical courses)\nMinimum 3 years of relevant technical level experience\nKnowledge of Riser inspection and maintenance\nKnowledge of Blowout Preventer (BOP)\nTopside equipment maintenance and operations.\nAdditional Information:\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.\nNo relocation assistance.\nLocation -
