Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.\nKey Responsibilities\n· End-to-end delivery: Deliver complete Fabric solutions, from source integration and data processing through semantic models, reports and AI-enabled consumption, in line with approved architecture standards.\n· Data integration and engineering: Build reusable, metadata-driven pipelines and notebooks. Implement incremental loading, orchestration, reconciliation and data-quality controls.\n· Lakehouse and warehousing: Implement OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse and medallion architectures. Develop dimensional models and optimise SQL, Spark and Delta-based processing.\n· Analytics and reporting: Develop Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, reports and dashboards. Own source-to-report accuracy, security and performance.\n· AI-enabled delivery: Use approved Copilot and AI coding tools for design, coding, testing, documentation and troubleshooting. Apply Skills for Fabric and MCP-based automation where appropriate, and validate generated outputs before release.\n· Advanced Fabric workloads: Implement data agents, Fabric IQ/ontology, real-time analytics and data-science integrations as required by each solution.\n· Security, governance and deployment: Implement access controls, governance, lineage, Git-based development, automated testing and controlled CI/CD releases.\n· Production ownership: Monitor and troubleshoot solutions, optimise capacity and cost, resolve defects, and deliver migration, cutover and operational support.\nKey Deliverables\n· Tested, secure, production-ready Fabric solutions spanning data, analytics and AI.\n· Reusable engineering components, automated deployments and validated data products.\n· Technical documentation, test evidence, monitoring and support runbooks.\nCollaboration and Delivery Practices\n· Participate in sprint delivery, technical design reviews, peer code reviews and release-readiness activities.\n· Collaborate with architecture, platform and application teams, and share technical knowledge.\nQualifications\nExperience: 2-5 years in data engineering, analytics or enterprise data-platform development, including hands-on Microsoft Fabric delivery.\nRequired Technical Skills\n· Strong practical experience with Fabric Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse and notebooks.\n· Strong SQL/T-SQL, Python, PySpark and dimensional-modelling skills.\n· Hands-on Power BI semantic modelling, DAX and report development.\n· Demonstrated end-to-end solution ownership across development, testing, deployment and production support.\n· Practical use of AI-assisted engineering, including prompting, code validation and test generation.\n· Experience with Git, CI/CD, data security, governance and performance optimisation.\n· Ability to work across Fabric workloads and independently resolve cross-component issues.\nPreferred Skills and Certifications\n· SAP integration and Azure Synapse-to-Fabric migration.\n· Real-Time Intelligence, Data Flow Gen 2, KQL, Data Science and Microsoft Purview.\n· Microsoft Fabric certifications: DP-600 and/or DP-700.\nSuccess in This Role\n· Work effectively both independently and within a team to achieve project goals.\n· Apply strong problem-solving skills to innovate and improve existing processes.\n· Learn new capabilities quickly, document solutions clearly and mentor junior engineers.\nThis role offers the chance to be at the forefront of technological innovation, helping to drive our company's AI and Analytics capabilities forward.
