Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.\nSummary\nAssist Lead Overhaul & Project Coordinator and Workshop Supervisor during the execution of overhaul projects or minor component overhauls.\nJob Responsibilities\nAssist the Lead Overhaul & Project Coordinator and Workshop Supervisor during the tender process with relevant documentation specifically towards spare parts and materials.\nAssist the Lead Overhaul & Project Coordinator and Workshop Supervisor in coordinating the activities during the execution of overhaul projects.\nAssist in carrying out cost control of materials for overhaul projects (Maintaining Planned Cost vs Planned Revenue).\nResponsible for purchase requisitions to support internal and external spare part and material requirements.\nResponsible for expediting of spare parts and materials for overhaul projects.\nResponsible for all spare part/material logistics for overhaul projects.\nResponsible for the maintenance of blocked spare parts and material numbers.\nResponsible for interpretation and implementation of spare parts identification regarding supersession and obsolete spares and materials.\nBuild and maintain contact with 3rd party component vendors for component supply, repair and overhauls.\nAssist with the forecasting of spare parts and materials. Ensure value-based and strategic pricing on spares and materials for overhaul and project execution.\nCarry out delegated tasks beyond the overhaul & project Assistant coordinator responsibility when required.\nAssure substitution for duties when is out of office as required.\nKeep all communication tools updated accordingly.\nWork according to HMH core values and code of conduct.\nImplementation and follow-up of QA and HSSE procedures with an emphasis on QA161 and QA163.\nPromote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)\nExperience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional level experience within oil related industry, SAP, STC and BI-WOSS\nSkills and Abilities: Broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems. Ability to explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team. Structured, co-operative and service minded. Pro-active team player, ability to use initiative and display good problem solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
