Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide Customization and modifications of Windchill products for enhancements, break fix, and integration\nProvide technical support on data migration\nProvide technical support for Engineering release activities in Windchill PDMLink, including Change Notices, Tasks, WTParts, WTDocuments, CAD Documents, Notes, Engineering Bills of Material, and effectivity.\nConduct demonstrations of the success of your work in front of peers and business partners with the ability to adjust work based on priorities and external timelines.\nSupport team members, submit work for code review, and adjust to deliver the best business value to the organization.\nIdentify and communicate opportunities, dependencies, and risks.\nFollow IT Change Management for all codes, configurations, and system changes\nStay current with PTC Windchill best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation\nProject support where needed, and not limited to the above responsibilities\nBe flexible with global time-zone support differences.
