This role involves driving complex revenue transformation programs, leading Salesforce org re-architecture (re-org), and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across global environments.\nThe ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue lifecycle management, along with working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, and a proven track record of delivering highly complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced solutions\nDrive Salesforce re-org initiatives, including org consolidation, redesign, and optimization\nArchitect end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes including product catalog, pricing, contract lifecycle, ordermanagement, billing, and revenue recognition\nApply CPQ concepts to support pricing configuration, quoting workflows, and deal structuring where required\nDesign scalable solutions for complex enterprise use cases and high-volume transaction environments\nDefine and implement advanced Revenue Cloud capabilities\nEstablish integration architecture with ERP, finance, billing, and external systems\nTranslate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions\nLead large-scale transformation programs across cross-functional and global teams\nDefine and enforce best practices for governance, security, and performance\nConduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to development standards\nMentor teams and provide technical leadership\nOversee release management, deployment strategy, and environment planning- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n15+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertise\nDeep experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (end-to-end implementation)\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce CPQ concepts and capabilities\nProven experience in Salesforce re-org / org restructuring projects\nExpertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)\nData modeling and large data volume handling\nIntegration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)\nExperience delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programs\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and scalability\nExperience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - highly preferred\nRevenue Cloud / CPQ certifications\nExperience with multi-org strategy and global implementations\nExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)\nKey Competencies\nEnterprise Architecture Leadership\nRevenue Transformation Expertise\nComplex Solution Design\nStrategic Thinking & Execution\nStakeholder Management\nDelivery Excellence\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\nThe Information Technology organization is transforming to realize our mission: Become a leader in HMH’s digital transformation, and as a strategic partner, innovate and deliver highest value, competitive advantage solutions across all corporate and business functions.
