The successful candidate will work with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business processes, workflows, reporting objectives, and data requirements, translating those needs into effective system configurations, data integrations, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.\nResponsibilities include configuring PMIS platforms to support project controls, cost management, schedule tracking, change management, document control,\nand workflow automation, while developing scalable reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, data warehouses, and other analytics platforms.\nThis role also includes maintaining data governance standards, optimizing data workflows, supporting system adoption, developing training materials, and training end users. The ideal candidate combines experience in capital program delivery, PMIS implementation, data integration, and business intelligence, using technology and analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, improve business.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nConducts requirements gathering and configuration work sessions. Documents results of discussions regarding project requirements and procedures as related to their application and use within project management tools.\nDrafts project procedures based on discussions with project team, documented requirements, and contractual documents.\nSupports the cross-functional teams in developing project procedures and/or implementing procedures within project management system(s).\nReviews or builds workflow diagrams to graphically represent business processes and procedures.\nDevelops training documents for system administrators and project personnel. Trains project team members and system administrators.\nRecommends and / or assists project team in selection of appropriate project management control system (PMCS) technology solutions to support requirements of a program/project. Supports PMCS configuration sessions or other function-specific tools to support project requirements.\nMay provide ongoing support to project team for configuration, adjustment, and reporting from PMCS systems on moderate to complex engagements.\nReviews procedures and systems implementation across project to drive consistency between procedures and system use.\nLeads technology support team on moderate engagements.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology or Business and 5 years related experience, or\nIn lieu of education, 9 years IT business process analysis, quality management system development, and/or project controls experience\nWhat You'll Bring:\nExperience implementing, configuring, and supporting PMIS platforms such as Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder), Primavera Unifier, Procore, Kahua, or similar systems.\nExperience developing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, or similar business intelligence tools.\nStrong understanding of data integration, SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.\nAbility to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support project and program delivery.\nStrong communication and facilitation skills, including experience training users, supporting system adoption, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.\nWhat We Prefer:\nExperience supporting capital programs within construction, infrastructure, aviation, transportation, project controls, or program management environments.\nKnowledge of project controls practices, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, change management, and performance reporting.\nExperience with PMIS implementations, system integrations, data migrations, and business process improvement initiatives.\nFamiliarity with enterprise reporting environments, data governance practices, and cloud-based data platforms.\nProfessional certifications such as CCM, PMP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or similar credentials.\nAdditional Information\nClick here for benefits information: HNTB Total Rewards\nClick here to learn more about Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran\nVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.#JS.\nLocations:\nCharlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\n.\nNOTICE TO THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES:\nHNTB does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or agencies.
