Develops and maintains GIS applications, web maps, dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting systems that enhance program transparency, support project delivery, and improve data-driven decision-making.Manages spatial data, performs geospatial analysis, and supports performance monitoring activities for transportation infrastructure programs.
