This position oversees Cage Team Members, maintains accurate control of monetary transactions, and ensures compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, internal controls, and applicable federal and state laws.\nThe Cage Supervisor must demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to identify and address irregularities within Cage operations.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nPractices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC.\nSafeguards company assets and maintains the integrity of Cage operations.\nSupervises Cage personnel and daily Cage activities.\nEnsures compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.\nMaintains control and accurate inventory of currency, coins, checks, related forms, and documentation.\nEnsures Cage transactions and activities are properly documented and completed accurately.\nMaintains the records necessary to support accurate and orderly Cage operations.\nAssists the Cage Shift Manager with the evaluation, training, and development of Cage personnel.\nAssists with recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, counseling, and other personnel-related matters as needed.\nMaintains strict confidentiality regarding internal activities, financial information, and company operations.\nIdentifies and reports irregularities or concerns in accordance with established procedures.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nHigh school diploma, GED, or relevant experience required.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong leadership and supervisory skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nAbility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and multiple shift start times based on business needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nThree (3) years of Cage experience.\nOne (1) year of supervisory experience.\nExtensive knowledge of state gaming regulations related to casino operations.\nCore Competencies\nGuest Focus\nInitiative\nTeamwork Orientation\nCommunication Proficiency\nEthical Conduct\nProblem Solving & Analysis\nDecision Making\nFlexibility\nStress Management & Composure\nBenefits\nBenefits start Day 1!\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nLife Insurance\n401(k)\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nHealth Savings Account (HSA)\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nThis position operates within a casino and hospitality environment.
