This is an immediate opening.\nEssential Functions\nPrepare and manage the security authorization package (SSP, POA&M and control evidence) in coordination with the Mission Owner and Authorizing Official.\nImplement identity, access and data controls (CAC/PIV federation, role separation, audit records and secrets management).\nDefine operational technology (OT) segmentation for sensors, gateways and building controllers.\nRun vulnerability management, continuous monitoring and required incident reporting.\nMaintain NIST SP 800-171 evidence and support CMMC assessments.\nDeliver security awareness content for technicians and administrators.\nRun vulnerability scans on a regular, defined schedule and track remediation to closure.\nReview audit logs and security alerts and investigate suspicious activity.\nPerform security impact analysis on proposed system changes.\nCompetencies\nRMF/ATO package development\nDoD cybersecurity controls\nRisk assessment and continuous monitoring\nClear security communication and training\nAudit log review and threat analysis\nSupervisory Responsibility\nNone required for this position\nWork Environment\nRemote or office-based, computer-focused work, with periodic on-site travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 25 lb.\nOccasional walking of buildings and mechanical spaces during on-site security walkdowns.\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work\nFull-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime.\nTravel\nPeriodic travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky, for authorization meetings and operational technology walkdowns.\nExperience\n7+ years of DoD cybersecurity experience.\n3+ years leading RMF/ATO packages (eMASS) through authorization.\nAuthored ATO packages that were granted.\nWorking knowledge of Azure Government or equivalent cloud security tooling.\nPreferred:\nNIST SP 800-171 and CMMC assessments.\nArmy authorization processes.\nOT/IoT security (NIST SP 800-82).\nExperience with ACAS/Nessus vulnerability scanning and DISA STIGs.\nExperience with SIEM tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk).\nExperience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems or a related field.\nAdditional Eligibility Qualifications\nCISSP or CISM (DoD 8140 IAM Level II/III) required.\nCompTIA Security+ required at minimum.\nMust be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.\nDrug Free Workplace\nAll Native Group is a Drug Free Workplace.
