This is an immediate opening.\nEssential Functions\nDefine performance baselines, calculation rules and exclusions with the Government customer, and report by request priority, asset class and zone.\nBuild and maintain operational dashboards that show source timestamps and data sync status.\nProduce monthly performance and cost-avoidance reports.\nAnalyze failure codes and repeat visits, and support parts-demand planning using historical work-request data.\nValidate data for accuracy, completeness and timeliness before publishing reports.\nDocument metric definitions, calculation rules and data sources in a data dictionary.\nProtect sensitive data and follow data privacy and controlled unclassified information (CUI) handling practices.\nCompetencies\nSQL and data analysis\nDashboard design and data visualization\nMaintenance performance metrics\nExplaining data quality issues to operations staff\nData validation and documentation\nSupervisory Responsibility\nNone required for this position\nWork Environment\nRemote or office-based, computer-focused work, with periodic on-site travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 25 lb.\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work\nFull-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime.\nTravel\nDaily local travel between buildings on the installation.\nExperience\n4+ years of BI or reporting experience using SQL.\nStrong SQL and dashboard design skills.\nAbility to explain data quality issues to operations staff.\nPreferred:\nMaintenance or operations KPI reporting.\nMaximo/BIRT or Cognos reporting.\nFailure analysis (MTBF/MTTR).\nFacility lifecycle decision support.\nExperience with Power BI data modeling (DAX).\nFamiliarity with data governance and privacy practices.\nExperience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.\nAdditional Eligibility Qualifications\nPower BI or equivalent certification preferred.\nMust be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.\nDrug Free Workplace\nAll Native Group is a Drug Free Workplace.
