The Architect defines the target architecture, application design, asset and location data model, integration patterns and a hosting approach that meets Army security authorization requirements. This is an immediate opening.\nEssential Functions\nProduce and maintain the target architecture, data model (asset hierarchy, locations, failure codes and job plans) and interface control documents.\nDesign Maximo Manage and Maximo Mobile configuration for QR-code request intake, priority-based dispatch, mobile execution, inventory custody and financial reconciliation.\nSelect an Army-approved hosting and connectivity design with the System Engineer and Cybersecurity / RMF Lead.\nDefine data-export formats and data ownership boundaries, and design for portability to avoid vendor lock-in.\nReview all configuration and integration changes and maintain the configuration register.\nSupport ATO evidence, including architecture, data-flow and boundary diagrams.\nDesign security into the platform with secure configuration baselines and least-privilege access.\nCommunicate architecture decisions, risks and planned changes clearly to stakeholders, including non-technical users and the Government customer.\nCompetencies\nEnterprise architecture and solution design\nIBM Maximo expertise\nData modeling\nIntegration design\nTechnical leadership and documentation\nStakeholder communication\nSupervisory Responsibility\nNone required for this position; provides technical direction to the Maximo Functional Lead and Integration / API Engineer.\nWork Environment\nRemote or office-based, computer-focused work, with periodic on-site travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 25 lb.\nOccasional walking of buildings and mechanical spaces during on-site visits.\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work\nFull-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime.\nTravel\nPeriodic travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky, for site surveys, pilots and system go-live support.\nExperience\n10+ years of enterprise asset management experience.\n5+ years of IBM Maximo architecture experience (MAS 8/9 preferred).\nDelivered at least two production Maximo implementations end to end.\nData modeling for facilities and real-property asset hierarchies.\nExperience designing integrations to ERP and financial systems (SAP-based or similar).\nPreferred:\nAzure Government or DoD IL4/IL5 hosting patterns.\nArmy work-request and financial systems.\nTOGAF certification.\nITIL Foundation certification.\nExperience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.\nAdditional Eligibility Qualifications\nIBM Maximo (MAS) certification preferred.\nCompTIA Security+ required if granted privileged system access.\nMust be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.\nDrug Free Workplace\nAll Native Group is a Drug Free Workplace.
