Dynamic Systems works in alignment with other Ho-Chunk, Inc. government contracting divisions to provide integrated, scalable solutions nationwide.\nPosition Summary\nThe Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order throughout assigned facilities. This position ensures that work areas, offices, and common spaces remain sanitary, organized, and welcoming for all occupants. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.\nKey Responsibilities\nFollow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain assigned areas.\n\nClean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.\n\nPerform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.\n\nOperate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and tools.\n\nUse cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer instructions.\n\nReport maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.\n\nEnsure compliance with facility cleaning standards, safety regulations, and company policies.\n\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and priorities.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nPrior custodial or janitorial experience; healthcare or medical setting experience preferred.\n\nKnowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and proper storage and disposal practices.\n\nAbility to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.\n\nReliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nAbility to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.\n\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.\n\nExposure to cleaning chemicals and various environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.).\n\nWork performed in a custodial and facility setting.\n\nSchedule\nMonday through Friday. 3rd shift 11:30pm-7:30am.
