This role includes a variety of tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.\nGeneral Duties:\nFollow established cleaning procedures and schedules.\nMaintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.\nUse cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors.\nCleaning tasks range from high dusting, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, floor care, etc. \nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious custodial or janitorial experience in a medical setting preferred.\nKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.\nAbility to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.\nPhysical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.\nReliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.\nAbility to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment.\nAbility to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.).\nWork Hours: Monday Through Friday 2nd shift.
