This is an immediate opening.\nEssential Functions\nSet up and run the receiving and replenishment hub and place smart lockers and cabinets based on parts demand.\nBuild standard repair kits from approved equipment parts lists and set reorder points and min/max levels by location.\nSource and manage vendors; manage company-furnished parts, tools and vehicles; track Government-owned material.\nLead a weekly supply review, reconcile system balances to physical counts, and manage returns and warranty parts.\nSupervise Inventory / Smart Locker Specialists and replenishment routes.\nMaintain inventory ownership and disposition records.\nMonitor vendor performance (on-time delivery, order accuracy and quality) and resolve supplier issues.\nEnsure purchase-order accuracy and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.\nRun a cycle-count program and control shrinkage through access controls, audits and variance investigation.\nCompetencies\nMRO inventory planning and control\nVendor management and purchasing\nTeam supervision\nCMMS/EAM inventory systems\nAnalytical problem solving\nSupervisory Responsibility\nSupervises Inventory / Smart Locker Specialists, including work assignments, replenishment routes and performance feedback.\nWork Environment\nBased at the replenishment hub (warehouse and office) with daily travel to maintenance sites on the installation.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nStanding and walking in warehouse and field settings.\nOccasional lifting up to 50 lb.\nComputer work for planning and reporting.\nDriving a vehicle between the hub and sites.\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work\nFull-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. Shifts may require some evening or weekend work, and this position participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency escalations as duty lead.\nTravel\nDaily local travel between buildings on the installation.\nExperience\n6+ years of MRO parts or maintenance supply chain experience.\n3+ years of inventory planning with barcode and CMMS systems.\nHands-on experience with inventory modules in a CMMS/EAM system (Maximo preferred).\nVendor negotiation and purchase order management.\nPreferred:\nSmart locker or vending programs (e.g., AutoCrib).\nRepair kit standardization.\nGovernment-owned material accountability.\nExperience managing vendor scorecards.\nExperience with shrinkage and loss-prevention controls.\nExperience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nAdditional Eligibility Qualifications\nAPICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.\nForklift certification preferred.\nValid driver's license and acceptable driving record.\nMust be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.\nDrug Free Workplace\nAll Native Group is a Drug Free Workplace.
