This role oversees inspections, audits, documentation, corrective actions, and quality risk mitigation while collaborating closely with program leadership, supervisors, and external stakeholders to support operational excellence within healthcare and facilities management environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and maintain proprietary, site-specific quality control processes and procedures using company-approved systems and software.\n\nConduct routine and special inspections, audits, and assessments to identify quality deficiencies, non-compliance, or process gaps.\n\nCollaborate with program managers and supervisors to develop and refine quality control plans and performance strategies.\n\nMonitor the quality of materials, workmanship, services, and processes throughout the full project lifecycle.\n\nDocument, track, and report quality findings, trends, and recommended corrective actions.\n\nEnsure all quality control documentation, records, and reports are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.\n\nIdentify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce operational impact.\n\nInvestigate root causes of quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions across functional areas.\n\nGather, analyze, and evaluate customer feedback related to service quality and compliance.\n\nUse quality data and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCoordinate with Environmental Health (EH), Assistant Environmental Health (AEH), Quality Assurance Supervisors, and Housekeeping Supervisors to align QC activities with contract requirements.\n\nManage budgets and resources associated with quality control activities.\n\nCommunicate quality control status, risks, and outcomes to clients, regulatory agencies, and internal leadership.\n\nProvide training and ongoing guidance to quality control personnel to ensure understanding of standards, procedures, and expectations.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience in a related quality control or facilities management field.\n\nOne to two (2) years of experience in quality control evaluation and reporting within facilities management operations.\n\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience working in comparably sized healthcare facilities.\n\nKnowledge of government regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and The Joint Commission standards.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nProficiency with computer systems and standard office software.\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal daily supervision.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively in English in both written documentation and oral presentations.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting diverse operations and project management programs.\n\nWorking knowledge of medical facility operations and healthcare environments.\n\nExperience working in or supporting military medical facilities.\n\nFamiliarity with Defense Medical Logistics Support Standard (DMLSS) Facility Management Module or other computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\n\nBasic knowledge of office administration, budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, maintenance, housekeeping, clinical engineering, and general operations.\n\nSecurity Clearance\nMust be able to obtain base access.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nPrimarily operates within healthcare and facilities management environments.\n\nRegular interaction with operational teams, supervisors, and stakeholders.\n\nRequires prolonged periods of computer use, documentation review, and report preparation.\n\nMay involve walking through facilities to conduct inspections and audits.\n\nSchedule & Travel\nSome travel between project sites may be required.\n\nWhy Join This Team?\nA mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impact\n\nGuided by strong NATIVE values and tribal-owned purpose\n\nCareer stability and opportunities across diverse industries\n\nA collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth\n\nOur Commitment to Diversity\nHo-Chunk, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
