This is an immediate opening.\nEssential Functions\nRun the quality control system and weekly quality reporting, and support Government quality assurance oversight.\nInspect completed work independently of the technician who performed it where required, and verify technical completion before closeout.\nTrack defects, rework and repeat visits, and share root causes with the Maintenance Superintendent and reliability team.\nTrack warranties and installed-part warranty claims, and refer project warranty issues to the Government customer.\nAssemble quality evidence for monthly performance reporting.\nAdminister resident satisfaction surveys and follow up on unresolved negative feedback.\nPlan inspections using risk-based sampling across trades, buildings and technicians.\nIssue and track nonconformance reports (NCRs) and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through verified closure.\nMaintain document control for QC plans, checklists, inspection records and procedures.\nCompetencies\nQuality inspection and auditing\nRoot-cause analysis\nWriting QC plans and checklists\nProfessional communication with residents and the Government customer\nNonconformance and corrective action management\nSupervisory Responsibility\nNone required for this position; provides quality direction and feedback to field crews.\nWork Environment\nDaily field inspections in barracks and housing facilities on the installation, including occupied residential buildings, with office time for reporting.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nStanding and walking in warehouse and field settings.\nOccasional lifting up to 50 lb.\nComputer work for planning and reporting.\nDriving a vehicle between the hub and sites.\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work\nFull-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. Shifts may require some evening or weekend work, and this position participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency escalations as duty lead.\nTravel\nDaily local travel between buildings on the installation.\nExperience\n7+ years of facilities maintenance or construction experience.\n3+ years in a quality control role on federal (USACE or Army) contracts.\nExperience writing QC plans and inspection checklists.\nComfortable working in occupied residential buildings.\nPreferred:\nJourneyman-level trade background.\nCMMS-based inspection workflows.\nWarranty administration.\nExperience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.\nExperience with nonconformance and CAPA tracking systems.\nExperience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.\nEducation\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a trade, or equivalent experience.\nAdditional Eligibility Qualifications\nOSHA 30 certification required.\nUSACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) preferred.\nValid driver's license and acceptable driving record.\nMust be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.\nDrug Free Workplace\nAll Native Group is a Drug Free Workplace.
