This leadership role is responsible for overseeing Security Team Members during assigned shifts, protecting company assets, assisting with investigations, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong leadership skills, and are passionate about providing a safe and welcoming experience for guests and team members, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupervise and support Security Team Members during assigned shifts.\nEnsure all applicable company policies, gaming regulations, and legal requirements are consistently enforced.\nAssist with investigations involving guests, team members, incidents, and property-related matters.\nIdentify, assess, and respond to potential safety and security risks.\nProtect company assets, guests, and team members through proactive security measures.\nDetain individuals when probable cause exists and coordinate with law enforcement and gaming officials when necessary.\nMaintain and monitor company-wide key control procedures.\nPrepare accurate reports and documentation regarding incidents and investigations.\nRespond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be at least 19 years of age.\nAssociate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum three (3) years of security-related experience.\nStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.\nValid driver's license.\nCPR Certification or ability to obtain certification.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious casino, gaming, hospitality, or resort security experience.\nExperience supervising teams in a high-volume environment.\nCore Competencies\nGuest Focus\nLeadership & Initiative\nTeamwork Orientation\nCommunication Proficiency\nEthical Conduct\nProblem Solving & Analysis\nDecision Making\nFlexibility & Adaptability\nStress Management & Composure\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nThis position requires frequent walking throughout the property, responding to emergencies, maintaining situational awareness, and working in a dynamic casino environment.
