This position supports regulatory and internal control compliance, supervises and develops department personnel, and provides management with accurate reporting and analytical support for revenue audit, accounting, and gaming-related decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nPractice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.\n\nMonitor departmental standards, guidelines, and objectives to support effective planning and efficient operations.\n\nUse revenue audit checklists to address internal control and compliance requirements.\n\nEnsure daily revenue audit checklist procedures are completed and revenue is accurately recorded.\n\nPrepare, audit, and distribute reports accurately and on time.\n\nSupervise, train, and develop department personnel to support strong performance and guest service standards.\n\nAssist the Revenue Audit Manager in coordinating with gaming regulators on company audits and other regulatory matters.\n\nMonitor and maintain gaming-related management and accounting systems to ensure alignment with accounting and gaming requirements.\n\nRecommend solutions to management regarding gaming audits, accounting, and regulatory matters to support informed decision-making.\n\nStay informed of federal, state, and local laws and regulations relevant to departmental operations.\n\nConduct special audits as directed by the Revenue Audit Manager, including audits involving complex or sensitive matters.\n\nAssist the Revenue Audit Manager with recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, counseling, and other personnel-related matters.\n\nAttend and participate in meetings and complete assigned follow-up activities.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nMust be 21 years of age or older.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nThree (3) years of related work experience, including two (2) years in a senior or supervisory capacity.\n\nExperience in a hotel or casino environment preferred.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong supervisory and leadership skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\n\nExperience with planning and project management.\n\nAbility to develop and execute strategic plans and establish rapport with senior executives.\n\nAbility to synthesize complex or diverse information.\n\nStrong collaboration skills when working across multifunctional teams and supporting business units.\n\nCore Competencies\nForecasting and Cost Analysis\n\nBuilding and Developing Successful Teams\n\nStrategy and Problem Solving\n\nConsultative Communication\n\nEmotional Intelligence\n\nRelationship Building\n\nGoal Achievement\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork requires access to designated worksites and may involve exposure to loud noise and secondhand smoke.\n\nRoutine physical mobility, agility, balance, coordination, and manual dexterity are required.\n\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds.\n\nRequires sustained concentration, memory, and attention to detail.\n\nRequires analytical and conceptual thinking, sound decision-making, and the ability to work under time pressure.\n\nRequires basic accounting knowledge and the ability to perform mathematical calculations.\n\nStrong verbal, written, and nonverbal communication skills in English are required.\n\nSensory abilities, including vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, are used in performing job duties.\n\nSchedule & Travel\nTeam members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.\n\nTravel is not required for this position.\n\nWhy Join This Team?\nA mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impact.\n\nGuided by strong NATIVE values and Tribal-owned purpose.\n\nCareer stability and opportunities across diverse industries.\n\nA collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.\n\nOur Commitment to Diversity\nHo-Chunk, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
