This position plays a key role in process improvement, system optimization, reporting, and strategic ERP initiatives.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\nERP System Support & Maintenance\nProvide advanced day-to-day support for Supply Chain ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor Lawson).\no Item Master maintenance and governance\no Contract pricing support, validation, and maintenance\no Inventory location management and optimization\no Vendor and product data management\nMonitor system performance, identify trends, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.\nLead coordination of system upgrades, patches, testing, and enhancements.\nServe as the escalation point for ERP-related issues and recommend sustainable solutions.\nMaintain system integrity while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.\nBusiness Analysis & Process Improvement\nAnalyze and evaluate business processes across departments, including:\no Supply Chain and Purchasing\no Finance and Accounting\no Inventory and Materials Management\no Contract Management\no Clinical Support Services\nGather, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into functional ERP solutions and process improvements.\nLead workflow redesign and business process improvement initiatives.\nConduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.\nPartner with department leaders to identify opportunities to improve operational performance and user experience.\nSystem Configuration & Optimization\nConfigure and maintain ERP modules based on organizational and operational needs.\nLead implementation of system enhancements and optimization initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.\nEvaluate current ERP functionality and recommend future-state solutions.\nEnsure system configurations align with healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and applicable industry standards.\nData Management, Reporting & Analytics\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and security within ERP applications.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools.\nPerform advanced data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.\nMonitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.\nSupport audits and data validation efforts through accurate reporting and documentation.\nIntegration & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nLead and support integrations between ERP systems and related healthcare platforms including EHR/EMR, procurement, inventory management, and financial systems.\nCollaborate closely with IT teams, vendors, project managers, and departmental leadership.\nServe as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nParticipate in strategic planning and ERP roadmap initiatives.\nSupport project management activities, including planning, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.\nTraining, Documentation & Mentorship\nDevelop and maintain user guides, workflow diagrams, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.\nDeliver training and education to end users on ERP functionality and best practices.\nProvide ongoing user support and knowledge transfer activities.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and end users.\nPromote standardization and adoption of best practices across Supply Chain systems and processes.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field required;
