This role is responsible for routine maintenance, preventative inspections, and project-based repairs across common areas, residential buildings, and exterior property features.\nThe ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in carpentry, exterior repairs, and general building systems, and takes pride in maintaining safe, high-quality, and visually appealing communities.\nThe pay rate for this role starts at $32/hour and up depending on experience + a $3,000 retention bonus\n$500 after completion of the 90-day probationary period\n$1,000 after the 6-month review\n $1,500 after successfully completing one year of employment\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform general maintenance and repair across HOA and condominium properties, including:\nWood replacement (siding, trim, railings, fencing)\nDeck and balcony repair\nPainting, caulking, sealing, and exterior touch-ups\nLight carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work\nConduct routine inspections of buildings, common areas, and amenities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns\nComplete and track work orders, service requests, and maintenance logs accurately and on time\nEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and HOA standards\nSupport seasonal and preventative maintenance, including:\nPressure washing\nGutter cleaning\nSnow and ice removal\nLandscaping assistance\nMaintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials in safe working condition\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
