OTE $100,000-$120,000\nWhat You'll Do\nProspect and pitch project management services directly to community association Boards of Directors, including attending board meetings and delivering sales presentations\nBuild and manage a pipeline of prospective association clients, tracking outreach and conversion\nAdvise on and help develop marketing materials that support the sales function\nOnce contracted, plan and schedule construction/repair projects, coordinating budgets, payments, and recordkeeping\nDirect contractors and subcontractors on active projects, ensuring scope and contract compliance\nServe as a trusted advisor to boards and on-site managers, using industry knowledge to guide decisions and manage expectations\nProvide occasional after-hours support for urgent/emergency matters\nSupport oversight of an on-call maintenance team as needed\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For (Required)\n3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a client-facing account management role\nDemonstrated success building relationships and closing deals with decision-makers (boards, executives, property owners, or similar)\nStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skills\nComfort working independently and managing a sales pipeline with minimal oversight\nWorking knowledge of construction, repair, or building systems (e.g., roofing, plumbing, mechanical systems) sufficient to speak credibly with contractors and clients\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)\nNice to Have\nPrior experience selling into or working with community/condominium associations, property management, or real estate services\nBackground in construction project management\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nFamiliarity with CRM or project management software\nBenefits\nCompensation\n$80,000-$90,000 base + commission;
