# Project Manager

The Role This role owns new business development for the company's project management services. You'll build relationships with community association boards, deliver sales presentations, and close new project engagements. Once a project is won, you'll oversee it from scope definition through completion, working closely with contractors and the association's management team. This is a hybrid sales-and-delivery role: your ability to sell and communicate is the primary driver of success, with construction fluency as the tool that earns trust and lets you speak credibly to scope, timeline, and cost.
