Aufgaben
- Leitung eines Standorts und Führung eines kleinen Teams
- Weiterentwicklung des Betriebs und der Prozesse
- Planung und Realisierung von Projekten
- Akquisition neuer Aufträge und Betreuung bestehender Kunden
- Erstellung und Abwicklung von Offerten bis zur Abrechnung
- Schulung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ
- Weiterbildung zum eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateur (oder in Ausbildung)
- Fachlich und technisch auf aktuellem Stand
- Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kundenfreundlich, engagiert und unternehmerisch denkend
- Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Führerausweis Kategorie B
