The person in this position will identify and qualify new business opportunities for HoduCC, HoduPBX, and related VoIP solutions, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging prospects via calls, emails, demos, and presentations, and preparing tailored proposals that address client communication needs. The role also involves negotiating contracts, coordinating with technical and product teams to ensure accurate solution positioning, and providing feedback from customers to support product and process improvements. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, report on sales activities, and represent HoduSoft at industry events and customer meetings as needed.\n\nQualifications\nStrong business development and B2B sales skills in IT/telecom or VoIP solutions, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.\nUnderstanding of VoIP, IP PBX, contact center platforms, and related communication technologies, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.\nProficiency in client relationship management, including consultative selling, account management, and post-sale follow-up.\nEffective communication and presentation skills, with capability to deliver product demos and negotiate commercial terms confidently.\nSolid analytical and research skills for market analysis, competitor tracking, and identifying new segments or geographies.\nAbility to collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams, and work independently to meet targets and timelines.\nPrior experience in SaaS, enterprise software, telecom, or customer experience solutions is highly beneficial.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
