Product Team \nConsulting on capacity planning of incident handling during build stage\nCollaborating with other departments / functions to ensure BTP system availability incl. monitoring integration and activities of SAP BTP Apps\nSupporting deployments and releases of SAP BTP Apps \nCoordinating Service Management activities in collaboration with ITSM Expert, IT Service Owner and App Owner \nWorking closely with SAP QA & Automation Experts to drive quality adherence \nEnsuring functional and technical documentation and knowledge-based articles \nDriving for automation and standardization to ensure proper operations and maximized uptime\nContinuously providing improvement measures to support processes and operating models (e.g., lessons learned) \nThe knowledge I own:\nExperience with IT Service Management according to ITIL\nGood communication skills as well as the ability to manage escalations paths within the organisation\nService and solution-oriented work as well as a quick grasp paired with an analytical and methodical approach to meet operations SLA's\nYou’re eager to learn: once you learn something new, you are excited to evaluate it and teach it to
