workload\nEnsure the continuous development, training and coaching for the team members\nParticipate in the selection of new staff and in the training of new recruits\nManaging employee performance to ensure that productivity goals are being met\nReviewing employee performance reports to identify areas of weakness that needs improvement\nDrive continuous improvement of Operations to meet annual KPI and SLA targets\nInitiate SCRUM based process development\nManage and resolve critical situations through effective communication\nWorking daily with the HR department and other partner departments\nThe knowledge I own:\nAt least 4 years of experience in software development projects, application management or in an agile environment\nAt least 2 years experience in people management area\nDeep understanding of Agile, SCRUM, Kanban\nHaving gained experience in a fast-paced environment\nHaving superior organizational skills\nExcellent English skills, additionally German is an advantage\nExcellent communication skills\nSelf-starter, proactive and analytical mindset\nFlexibility in terms of new tasks and change management\nCommitment to working on a continuous basis\nLeading
