Aufgaben

  • Aufbereitung und Verknüpfung detaillierter Finanz- und ERP-Daten in eine Storyline für das Top Management
  • Verantwortung für das Management-Reporting und die termingerechte Bereitstellung relevanter Kennzahlen
  • Erstellung bedarfsorientierter Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Unterstützung eines aktiven Business Partnerings mit unseren Fachbereichen
  • Durchführung von Planung, Forecast und Budgetierung inklusive laufendem Monitoring
  • Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Steuerungsmassnahmen zur Zielerreichung

Profil

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Studium oder Weiterbildung) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling (mindestens 2-4 Jahre)
  • Hervorragende MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und Power BI; fundierte SAP FI/CO-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Vernetztes Denken und Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einem hohen Mass an Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
