informatics/mathematics/similar area or relevant professional experience \nStrong hands-on experience in software development with modern programming languages and frameworks \nSolid experience in IT operations, service management, or application support \nKnowledge of SAP Finance, Real Estate, and/or document workflow solutions \nExperience with APIs, integration technologies, and distributed architectures \nProven experience in ensuring stable and performant system operations \nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills \nGood understanding of interface technologies and system integrations \nKnowledge of operations, monitoring, and maintenance concepts \nFamiliarity with ISMS standards and security requirements \nExperience working in agile product teams (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) \nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders \nExcellent English communication skills \nFlexibility and willingness to travel
