Practical experience with SAP, SAP BW and/or S/4HANA is highly valuable.\nYou have a sound understanding of store economics and key retail drivers such as sales density, gross margin, labour productivity, shrink, occupancy costs, store maturity and contribution profitability.\nYou can distinguish correlation from causation, challenge data and assumptions constructively, and communicate limitations transparently.\nYou feel confidence in working with international stakeholders, balancing global comparability with local business realities, and influencing without direct authority.\nExcellent English skills.
