My responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Test Managers and Test Coordinators on one side and the various infrastructure teams on the other; take part in regular test status meetings to stay informed
• Align to the Enterprise/Agile Release schedules: preparation, provisioning, and monitoring of test environments follow the release's SIT and UAT phases
• Collect test environment requirements from test managers, remind them of the important questions, and drive them to define these early
• Discuss those requirements and provide options with the infrastructure teams and jointly agree on a plan
• Continuously maintain a shared environment plan that all project members can refer to
• Monitor environment availability and act as single point of contact (SPoC) for the test teams: when something doesn't work, find the right infrastructure team and drive it to resolution
• Coordinate and monitor SAP batch jobs (background jobs) across the test environments: ensure relevant jobs and job chains are scheduled and running for SIT and UAT, monitor execution, spot failures early, and engage the responsible infrastructure teams to resolve them & keeping the test environment as close to production behaviour as possible
• Work with the infrastructure teams across the relevant topics: System Landscape Planning, Cutover/Migration, Deployment, Release Control Center, SAP Basis, Authorization, Stores, and WM Manhattan (Warehouse Management)

The knowledge I own:

• Strong technical understanding, especially in SAP (incl. integration concepts and interface design) and the architecture of complex system landscapes
• Experience with (batch) job processing and operational monitoring across landscapes
• Strong communication skills towards both business users and IT teams
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong coordination, communication, and status/reporting skills
• ISTQB Foundation Level
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken

Desirable Extras:

• Strong communication skills towards both business users and IT teams
• IT (SAP) Project management and delivery experience (e.g. process expert or similar) or key user experience
• ISTQB Foundation Level
• German Language skills
