My responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day project coordination activities
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and repositories
• Assist with project reporting, dashboards, and status updates
• Track actions, milestones, and follow-up activities
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and SteerCo materials
• Organize project meetings and document key outcomes and action items
• Assist with stakeholder communication and information distribution
• Collect, consolidate, and validate project data
• Support budget and resource tracking activities
• Ensure project information is accurate and up to date
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO templates and processes
• Perform ad hoc administrative and analytical tasks to support project delivery

The knowledge I own:

• Enrolled university student, preferably in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Interest in project management and PMO activities
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
