Your journey begins here.\nJob Title\nTax Associate / Senior Associate\nOffice Location\nLondon\nDepartment\nOur Tax and Incentives practice in the UK advises UK and international clients in relation to the taxation of business and investment activities. The practice advises on corporate, finance, real estate and investment fund taxation issues, as well as employee incentives, transfer pricing, VAT and tax disputes.\nWorking Hours\n35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the office, please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further.\nKey Responsibilities\nSpecific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services. Experience gained within a top tier firm in this space is preferred. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. Employee incentive experience is beneficial.\nThe successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have between two and six post qualification experience (or equivalent experience).
