You’ll apply your growing technical expertise, guide staff and interns, and play an important role in building trusted relationships while contributing to meaningful projects that blend compliance, planning, and advisory.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeliver Quality Tax Services. Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance across individual, partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and other entities.\nResearch & Plan. Conduct technical tax research, identify planning opportunities, and provide practical solutions as a client advocate.\nSupport Advisory Projects. Assist with income tax planning, estate and gift considerations, nonprofit compliance, pension tax, and other consulting engagements.\nManage Relationships. Work directly with clients, understand their objectives, and deliver proactive tax and business solutions.\nCoach & Mentor. Supervise, train, and review the work of staff and interns, supporting their professional development and ensuring quality results.\nDrive Efficiency. Apply strong knowledge of tax systems, processes, and software to improve workflow and project management.\nGrow Professionally.
