The candidate will act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, clear requirements, and successful project delivery.\n\nThis is a primarily remote position, starting soon, with occasional travel to client sites when required for project meetings, business process workshops, ERP implementation activities, training, and go-live support. We are looking for candidates with proven professional experience in IT project management, preferably including ERP implementation or enterprise software projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage IT, ERP implementation, software development, and digital transformation projects from initiation to delivery.\n\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and implementation plans.\n\nCoordinate project activities across functional consultants, developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders.\n\nWork closely with clients to understand their business needs, operational challenges, and project expectations.\n\nOrganize and facilitate client meetings, requirements gathering workshops, project kickoffs, progress reviews, and steering meetings.\n\nAnalyze and document business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.\n\nCoordinate ERP implementation activities, including business process analysis, system configuration, customization, data migration, testing, training, and go-live preparation.\n\nEnsure that proposed ERP solutions align with client requirements, business processes, and implementation best practices.\n\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, meeting minutes, progress reports, risk registers, and implementation deliverables.\n\nAssign tasks, monitor team progress, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability for project deliverables.\n\nTrack project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and change requests.\n\nIdentify project risks and obstacles proactively and coordinate appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.\n\nManage project scope and change requests to prevent uncontrolled scope expansion and delivery delays.\n\nCoordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and client validation.\n\nPlan and supervise go-live activities, user training, post-implementation support, and project handover.\n\nEnsure clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nMonitor project performance, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to company management.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, internal processes, templates, and delivery standards.\n\nSupport pre-sales activities when needed, including requirements clarification, solution presentations, effort estimations, and preparation of technical or commercial
