This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, can keep a group engaged, and brings a calm, steady presence to the day-to-day flow of an after-care program.\nResponsibilities\nLead and supervise a group of up to approximately 20 students from TK through 8th grade after school.\nKeep every child safe throughout the program.\nRun recreational activities and games.\nHelp students with homework.\nManage behavior using positive reinforcement.\nHandle snack time and outdoor play.\nKeep attendance and incident records.\nFollow HOKALI's lesson plans.\nWork with support from an on-site Site Coordinator.\nRequirements\nWhat makes someone a great fit\nWe're looking for someone with proven, hands-on experience running a group of children, not just being around kids.
