The Role:

You will own Holafly's global social strategy by shaping consumer insights and trends into viral, multi-platform concepts before production begins. Reporting directly to the Head of Social, you will turn business objectives into engaging brand moments that build a passionate community of global travellers.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Strategic Growth: Translate consumer truths, cultural trends, and business objectives into scalable, multi-platform social strategies.

Build Vibrant Communities: Define community management frameworks to scale active engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and specialized online forums.

Lead Content Planning: Direct the end-to-end content calendar, balancing evergreen campaigns, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities.

Guide Creative Execution: Direct the Social Content Producer and external agencies with high-impact briefs and clear strategic direction.

Measure & Optimize Output: Utilize social listening, sentiment analysis, and performance analytics to refine ongoing strategies and prove ROI.

Protect Brand Reputation: Lead social crisis management strategies and cross-functional alignment across PR and Customer Support.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience leading social media strategy, community growth, or strategic content planning.

Expert platform knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube community dynamics.

Proven track record of converting consumer insights into multi-format, platform-native content campaigns.

Strong leadership capabilities with direct experience managing content creators, producers, or creative agencies.

Data-driven mindset skilled in social listening tools and performance analytics.

Nice to Have:

Background in trend forecasting, social listening roles, or creator-led travel brands.

Familiarity with emerging AI tools for social workflow optimization
