active engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and specialized online forums.\nLead Content Planning: Direct the end-to-end content calendar, balancing evergreen campaigns, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities.\nGuide Creative Execution: Direct the Social Content Producer and external agencies with high-impact briefs and clear strategic direction.\nMeasure & Optimize Output: Utilize social listening, sentiment analysis, and performance analytics to refine ongoing strategies and prove ROI.\nProtect Brand Reputation: Lead social crisis management strategies and cross-functional alignment across PR and Customer Support.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience leading social media strategy, community growth, or strategic content planning.\nExpert platform knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube community dynamics.\nProven track record of converting consumer insights into multi-format, platform-native content campaigns.\nStrong leadership capabilities with direct experience managing content creators, producers, or creative agencies.\nData-driven mindset skilled in social listening tools and performance analytics.\nNice to Have:\nBackground in trend forecasting, social listening roles, or creator-led travel brands.\nFamiliarity with emerging AI tools for social workflow
