{"id":2253713,"url":"https://alion.io/job/holcim-cybersecurity-ulcm-iam-expert","title":"Cybersecurity ULCM - IAM Expert","company":{"id":448278,"name":"Holcim","domain":"holcim.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/holcim-5","size_band":"5000+","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"SuccessFactors","truth_index":null},"role":"Security","role_family":"Security","seniority":"senior","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Madrid, Spain"],"countries":["ES"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":48000,"max_usd":111000,"period":"year","method":"global_role_cell_scaled_by_country","sample_n":2094},"experience_years_min":4,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"CloudFormation","optional":false},{"name":"Git","optional":false},{"name":"IAM","optional":false},{"name":"Jenkins","optional":false},{"name":"SLI/SLO/SLA","optional":false},{"name":"AWS","optional":true}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-02T02:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-02","last_verified_at":"2026-10-19T23:12:01Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":18,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":18},"description":"Cybersecurity ULCM - IAM Expert\nDESCRIPTION\nThe IAM Expert on User life cycle area within the Cybersecurity department is responsible, together with the team, to offer reliable tools and associated processes which enable the users lifecycle management activities for employees (IAM workforce) during the whole user lifecycle processes within the Holcim Group, supporting also the single sign on, privileged access management and Multi Factor Authentication products and services.\nRESPONSABILITIES\nEnsure Incident SLA compliance for the IAM services and keep the tasks backlog under control.\n\nConclude, maintain and improve the Identity and Access Management solution including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and third party system integration\n\nDevelop effective plan for applications on-boarding and integration\n\nOptimize automatic access rights provisions\n\nPerform analytical role mining and entitlement analysis\n\nConclude maintain and improve Single sign on, Multifactor Authentication and privilege Access management solutions\n\nSupport and manage dynamic infrastructure as a code based on public cloud technologies\n\nEnsure the online knowledge base, documentation and intranets are accurate, focussed and up to date.\n\nManage relationships with business stakeholders consuming the IAM services and products.\n\nLeverage expertise to support and challenge the team to use efficient and result oriented approaches and ways of working.\n\nCoordinate the product and services rollouts to additional countries with a worldwide scope.\n\nApply the minimum control standards related to user lifecycle process defined by Group internal control to the applications in Scope, assisting also internal control during the Audit (internal & external) exercises.\n\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\nInformation technology University degree or equivalent experience\n\nAt least 4 years of experience programming in JAVA\n\nAt least 4 years of experience on IAM workforce performing architecture, implementing and maintaining workforce IAM solutions, ideally with Sailpoint IAM solutions (Identity IIQ or identitynow)\n\nHands on sound experience working with Federation Protocols (Oauth, SAML, OpenID), and Single Sign On integrations\n\nPrevious experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management solutions (Cyberbark, safeguard…).\n\nHigh understanding of the User life cycle process, standards and segregation of Duties definition.\n\nWorking knowledge of DevOps Methodologies and tools, leveraging tools such Git, Jenkins, cloud formation, Elastics…\n\nWorks effectively with third parties (including offshore and nearshore service providers)\n\nHigh Skills prioritizing, assigning and executing tasks in a high pressure environment.\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\nExcellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English.
