TE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO: DATA ENGINEER - CÓRDOBA
Serás responsable de dirigir y consolidar la transformación analítica organizacional, evolucionando de un esquema de reporte manual y fragmentado hacia un ecosistema integrado y eficiente de productos de datos en tiempo real. Tu foco principal será construir una arquitectura de datos moderna, segura y gobernada que conecte la información operativa con la estrategia comercial, garantizando una única fuente de verdad (Single Source of Truth) para potenciar la toma de decisiones y la eficiencia del negocio.
Tus principales retos serán:
- Construir, automatizar y mantener pipelines de datos escalables desde fuentes core (SAP, Magento y otros aplicativos) hacia Google BigQuery, eliminando el retrabajo manual operativo.
- Trabajar de forma colaborativa con Data Owners, Data Analysts y Product Owners para modelar correctamente las reglas de negocio y disponibilizar bases de datos eficientes para dashboards, métricas comerciales (Margen, Share of Wallet, Sell-out) y modelos de IA.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar Data Products y aplicaciones digitales de datos orientadas a resolver necesidades específicas de la operación.
- Coordinar protocolos de extracción e integración con el área de IT y proveedores externos, asegurando el estricto cumplimiento de normativas de compliance y seguridad de la información.

Requisitos indispensables:
- Profesional recibido/a en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiencia sólida en ecosistemas cloud (preferentemente GCP) y arquitecturas de datos modernas (Medallion Architecture).
- Dominio de SQL, Python y BigQuery (se valora Cloud Composer / Airflow, dbt y Git).
- Experiencia en integración de sistemas transaccionales complejos (extracción de datos desde SAP y Magento), prácticas de CI/CD y orquestación de datos.
- Manejo de herramientas de IA aplicadas al desarrollo de código (ej. IDE Antigravity, Cursor, GitHub Copilot o similares).
