Quality & Compliance:\nDevelop and monitor quality control processes for AF, ARM, and waste materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications and regulatory requirements.\nControl material receiving, sampling, and analysis to ensure material conformity and consistency through mix design and in-process quality control.\nSupport compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.\n\n2. Risk Management:\nIdentify quality risks related to suppliers, materials, and operations and implement mitigation measures.\nInvestigate quality deviations and ensure effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\n\n3. Continuous Improvement:\nLead quality improvement initiatives to enhance material quality, operational efficiency, and sustainability.\nAnalyze quality performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.\nConduct supplier and operational site visits to improve material quality and reduce rejections and foreign materials.\n\n4. Stakeholder Collaboration:\nCoordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Plant Laboratory, and suppliers to achieve quality objectives.\nCommunicate quality results, resolve supplier issues, and follow up on corrective actions.\nAdding quality data for billing validation process.\n\n5. Data Analysis & Reporting\nAnalyze quality performance and issue daily quality reports to Supply Chain and relevant stakeholders.\nValidate quality parameters, including NCV, for accurate GJ calculations and supplier billing.\nUpdate approved quality parameters in SAP and maintain quality records, procedures, and reports.\n\n6. Training & Development\nTrain technicians on proper sampling, sample preparation, laboratory analysis, and quality control procedures.\nTroubleshoot laboratory analysis issues and ensure accurate and reliable results.\nPromote compliance with approved procedures, testing methods, and safety requirements.\n\n7. Innovation & Sustainability\nSupport the development of sustainable AF and ARM solutions to improve material utilization and operational efficiency.\nIdentify opportunities to improve sampling, testing, material quality, and fuel efficiency.\n\n8.
