We are looking for a People Operations Services & Planning Manager to drive the seamless, compliant, and efficient operation of our People & Culture operational ecosystem.\nIn this role, you will lead the integration of personnel administration, payroll, workforce planning, budgeting, HR reporting, and HRIS tools. You will empower executive decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable People data while leading and developing a high-performing team.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1.People Operations, Payroll & Employee Services:\n- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of employee administration and payroll processes-from hiring and contract changes to termination-ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.\n- Lead and coach the People Operations Services Coordinator, establishing high service delivery standards for employees and managers.\n- Partner closely with Rewards to operationally execute decisions regarding salaries, bonuses, and benefits.\n2.Workforce Planning, Budgeting & People Analytics\n- Lead the integrated workforce planning process in collaboration with P&C Business Partners, Finance, and Business Leaders, tracking Headcount, FTEs, and personnel costs.\n- Consolidate personnel budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances against approved plans.\n- Build and maintain a robust People reporting framework (dashboards and deep-dive analytics covering turnover, absenteeism, diversity, and key operational metrics) for executive leadership.\n3.HRIS, Data Governance & Systems Integration\n- Own and develop the local People systems ecosystem (SuccessFactors, SAP, Charisma HCM, ReGES, etc.), ensuring alignment with business needs, legislation, and group standards.\n- Establish data governance practices to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality across all platforms.\n- Drive automation and digital transformation across HR processes, managing relationships with IT vendors, Shared Services (EBS), and group teams.\n4.Process Efficiency, Standardization & Governance\n- Standardize and continuously improve People Ops & Planning processes across responsible business entities.\n- Establish service level agreements (SLAs), internal controls, and KPIs to elevate employee experience and operational consistency.\n- Ensure audit readiness (internal/external) and compliance with legal requirements (e.g., EHS, Quality, Integrated Management System/SMI standards).\n5.Team Leadership & Development\n- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, managing performance, and fostering continuous learning.\n- Cultivate a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative team culture grounded in safety, accountability, and mutual respect.\nCandidate Profile\nMust-Have Requirements:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, payroll, workforce planning, HR systems, and budgeting within complex organizational environments.\nLeadership: Demonstrated track record in managing operational processes and leading direct reports.\n Core Competencies:\nDeep expertise in labor legislation, HR operations, and payroll.\nSolid hands-on experience in workforce planning, personnel budgeting, and headcount forecasting.\nStrong People Analytics capabilities (turning complex HR data into strategic business insights).\nLanguages & IT: Advanced English fluency;
