Reporting directly to stakeholders and working closely with the People & Culture Director, you will bridge strategic HR vision with structured execution-turning high-level priorities into impactful, scalable, and sustainable business solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Portfolio & Governance Management\nLead and coordinate the strategic People & Culture project portfolio, ensuring visibility on priorities, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.\nEstablish project governance, delivery frameworks, and regular reporting mechanisms for executive leadership.\nMonitor project milestones, proactively mitigate risks/blockers, and ensure alignment with budget and business goals.\n2. Strategic Initiatives & Innovation\nTranslate People & Culture strategic priorities into structured project plans with clear targets, KPIs, and success criteria.\nDesign, pilot, and scale innovative People initiatives across the organization in close collaboration with P&C Business Partners and internal subject matter experts.\nEvaluate project outcomes post-implementation, leveraging data to drive continuous refinement and standardization.\n3. Organizational Development & Change Management\nDrive organizational diagnostics, operating model reviews, and change management projects to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.\nDevelop change management plans that maximize employee adoption, minimize disruption, and foster cross-functional collaboration.\n4. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement\nAnalyze, simplify, and standardize P&C workflows to remove redundancies and improve cycle times across the function.\nPartner with People Operations and digital teams to identify opportunities for process automation, digitization, and modern ways of working.\n5.
