Build digital learning portfolios (prioritizing localized Romanian content) to support strategic upskilling, reskilling, and skill gap closure.\n-Change & Cultural Transformation: Design and manage the end-to-end framework for organizational change and learning. Integrate modern technologies and AI tools into scalable learning systems that foster adaptability across the business.\n- Leadership, Coaching & Organizational Culture: You'll shape and execute the strategy to grow our next generation of leaders. You will take full ownership, from design and rollout to evaluation and continuous improvement, of our local leadership programs, Holcim University initiatives, and coaching frameworks. Ultimately, your goal is to deeply embed these learning experiences into a high-performing culture that thrives on innovation and psychological safety.\n- End-to-End Performance Management & Feedback Culture: Take full end-to-end ownership of the Performance Management process, from defining the overarching framework and designing the process, to ensuring the quality of its implementation.
