Our Data team works with teams across Holded (Product, Sales, Support, Marketing and Finance) and we’re now looking for a Product Data Analyst to join us, with a focus on specific products within Holded.\nYou’ll be part of a growing data organisation that includes analysts, data engineers and data science, and you’ll work closely with both business and product teams from day one.\nYou’ll start by supporting existing analysts and progressively take on more ownership as you grow. Your work will include:\nBuilding and improving dashboards used by Product and Business teams\n\nAnswering data questions and helping teams understand what’s happening in the business\n\nSupporting product launches by helping define metrics, validating tracking and monitoring results\n\nDeveloping data models using dbt\n\nContributing to shared metrics and a common semantic layer\n\nWorking closely with Product Managers and Business stakeholders\n\nIdeally, we are looking for an analyst with solid experience in dbt and an interest on data modeling and/or analytics engineering.\nThis is a role with significant growth opportunities, both in terms of scope and impact.\nWithin your first year, you should:\nBuild dashboards and analyses that teams rely on.\n\nContribute DBT models with full autonomy\n\nHelp reduce the day-to-day workload for senior analysts\n\nFeel comfortable answering questions and suggesting improvements\n\nStart contributing to the betterment of our semantic layer\n\nRequirements\nAbout you\nBachelor Degree in Computer Science, Master in Data Science or any related field\n\nAround 1-3 years of experience in data, analytics or a similar role\n\nGood SQL\n\nSome experience with Python is a plus\n\nData modeling knowledge\n\nIdeally, some experience working close to product and business teams\n\nCurious mindset and willingness to learn\n\nSpanish (working proficiency), English (Intermediate)\n\nBased in Barcelona\n\nExperience with tools like dbt, BigQuery, Lightdash or cloud platforms is a plus, but not required.\n\nWhat it's like to work with us\nPermanent contract\n\nShort workday on Fridays\n\n26 paid vacation days\n\nFree catered lunch at the office\n\nEnglish/Spanish classes\n\nReferral program\n\nContinuous Training: an annual budget for training for each employee\n\nFully equipped kitchen with snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit\n\nTop-notch work equipment\n\nOffice in front of the sea with ping pong, pool table, PlayStation…\n\nInteresting projects and a great work environment\n\nAn excellent opportunity to grow with the company\n\nDiscounts on a Gym membership\n\nAt Holded, we do things a bit differently.
