This is a full-time, in-person position.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram and Policy Management: Administer Holder’s Energy Control Program and LOTO Policy, including planning, training, site implementation, compliance monitoring, auditing, and enforcement.\nSupervision and Compliance: Support trade contractors to ensure full adherence to NFPA 70E, OSHA standards, and Holder’s energy control requirements.\nEnergization and Energy Management: Review and validate energization plans, lockout/tagout procedures, and Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to ensure safe and coordinated system activation.\nIncident Investigation: Investigate and document incidents or near-misses related to energy control and implement corrective actions.\nCoordination: Facilitate alignment between energy management activities and ongoing installation and commissioning work.\nAuditing: Conduct regular audits of the Energy Control Program (ECP), document findings, and collaborate with trade contractors to resolve non-compliance issues.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in energy control or electrical safety within mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, utilities).\nStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and related safety standards.\nExperience developing and managing LOTO programs.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other technology tools supporting safety efforts.\nPreferred:\nNFPA Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) certification.\nFamiliarity with commissioning processes and energy management best
