This is a full-time, in-person position.\nKey Responsibilities\nCommunicate with electrical and mechanical equipment vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.\nPurchase electrical and mechanical equipment and coordinate submittals.\nAssist with electrical and mechanical cost estimates and drawing coordination.\nSupport construction of large-scale mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and office buildings.\nDevelop project scopes and schedules, coordinate change orders and RFIs, and manage project budgets and cost control.\nSupervise subcontractors and vendors, maintaining professional relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, related field, or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.\nExtensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.\nExperience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.\nStrong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and
