This is a full-time position. \nKey Responsibilities \nOperate total stations, automatic levels, and other surveying equipment to support construction layout. \nEstablish and maintain vertical and horizontal project control. \nPerform construction layout by setting stakes, marking lines, elevations, grades, and reference points. \nProvide and verify accurate layout to conform with contract drawings and project specifications, including foundations, anchor bolts, embeds, slabs, walls, and other critical items. \nQualifications \nRequired: \nMust have previous construction layout experience. \nExperience operating total stations, automatic levels.\nWorking knowledge of common field tools, including tape measures, hammers, torpedo levels, stick rulers, framing squares, and 2-foot or 4-foot levels.\nWorking knowledge of construction layout principles, surveying calculations, and field measurements.\nAbility to calculate concrete quantities for footings, elevated slabs, round columns, and similar work.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.\nAbility to convert inches to decimal feet and decimal feet to inches accurately.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work safely in an active construction environment.\nAbility to write clean and legible survey notes.\nBasic math skills including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. \nMust have reliable means of transportation. \nPunctuality and promptness are required every day. \nDemonstrates reliability and strong work ethic. \nMust be able to work overtime and weekend hours \nPreferred: \nIndividuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment. \nMust be able to work outside.\nMust be able to work overtime and weekend
